    складское свидетельство
    Специальное складское свидетельство, имеющее характер товарораспорядительного документа. Документ гарантирует наличие на складах товара определенного количества и качества и часто используется в качестве инструмента передачи собственности как на основе наличных средств, так и на основе ценных бумаг. Состоит из двух отдельных частей: складочного свидетельства и залогового свидетельства. В международной практике залоговое свидетельство может быть использовано для получения ссуд или кредита под залог товара. При возврате ссуды залоговое свидетельство передается держателю складочного свидетельства. Для получения складированного товара держатель складочного свидетельства должен предъявить обе части варранта, т.е. Как складочное, так и залоговое свидетельства
